Koch & Palm

Printers and publishers based at Elberfeld, now part of Wuppertal. Founded by Max Koch and Dr Johannes Palm whose widow continued the business after his death in 1907. The firm moved several times and its addresses (in Elberfeld) are given on the Undivided-bck Postcards site. There is an article on this firm on the TPA site. It operated from pre-postcard days to around 1919.
