Photochromie refers to the printing process. The company produced Photochrome prints from about 1890, and postcards soon afterwards. The process produces very bright and modern-looking prints. Most N&O cards are views, plus quite a few floral prints. The Photochrom process fell out of general use after WW1 though it continued to be used commercially.

The postwar card NOD 508 has a different logo and numbering system but the letters and the general resemblance of the logo points to this same publisher.

Nenke & Ostermaier published a lot of cards of views and subjects in the Netherlands, and there is a catalogue of these with images at www.prentbriefkaarten.info/nenke–ostermaier.html.
